   Question

   Researchers are interested in the relation between depression and personality disorders. Personality disorders are problematic traits and behaviors that exceed the usual range of individual differences. The researchers conducted interviews assessing personality disorders with adolescents who were psychiatric inpatients. Depression was measured using a questionnaire consisting of 11 questions.
